Shipping policy: All shipping charges must be paid by the buyer. All payments must be made prior to shipment. Will call on small orders (i.e. springs, visors, lights, etc.) may be arranged upon request. Some large orders (i.e. body kits, exhaust systems, etc.) however, must be shipped out and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please allow 3 – 5 days for "In Stock" item delivery. Items in stock typically ship out the next business day. Please contact us prior to ordering to check stock levels if timing is an issue. Packages that are refused or returned to the sender will incur a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Our typical couriers are UPS and USPS, however, we reserve the right to choose the best courier available to ship your items. Packages will be sent with Signature Request, please have someone available to sign for your package.
Special Order: These items are special ordered from the vendor and may take anywhere from 4 - 12 weeks to receive. While the extreme cases may exceed 12 weeks, we will notify you during the entire order of it's status. Once a special order has been placed, the order may not be cancelled due to the nature of the item.
Back orders: Although many of the items we carry are shipped promptly, some of our products may be subject to back order status. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inquire about the availability of products prior to ordering to ensure prompt shipping. Back order items may take up to 8 – 10 weeks to ship out. In that case, notifications on back ordered items will be sent, though we cannot guarantee a delivery date if an item is being shipped from an outside supplier.
Shipping damages: We package our products carefully so as to prevent any shipping damages, but unfortunately they do occur. Inspect the contents of a package in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the shipment. If an item is received damaged, then have the carrier note the specific damage on the delivery bill and email us immediately so we can resolve the problem.
