Shipping policy: All shipping charges must be paid by the buyer. All payments must be made prior to shipment. Will call on small orders (i.e. springs, visors, lights, etc.) may be arranged upon request. Some large orders (i.e. body kits, exhaust systems, etc.) however, must be shipped out and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please allow 3 – 5 days for item delivery. Items in stock typically ship out the next business day. Packages that are refused or returned to the sender will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Our typical couriers are UPS and USPS, however, we reserve the right to choose the best courier available to ship your items. Packages will be sent with Signature Request, please have someone available to sign for your package.
Backorders: Although many of the items we carry are shipped promptly, some of our products may be subject to backorder status. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inquirer about the availability of products prior to ordering to ensure prompt shipping. Backorder items may take up to 6 – 8 weeks to ship out. In that case, notifications on backordered items will be sent, though we cannot guarantee a delivery date if an item is being shipped from an outside supplier.
Shipping damages: We package our products carefully so as to prevent any shipping damages, but unfortunately they do occur. Inspect the contents of a package in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the shipment. If an item is received damaged, then have the carrier note the specific damage on the delivery bill and give us a call immediately so we can resolve the problem.
